(Monday to Friday) As soon as your parcel is picked up by PostNord, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

We are dedicated to work diligently to process and dispatch your orders from Monday to Friday! Our goal is to achieve same-day delivery whenever possible. However, please be aware that processing times can occasionally extend to 1-2 business days, particularly for our Babe Jewels collection, which is customised and made to order. Please note during the holiday seasons these time frames may change. We will keep you updated along every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Parcels: While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed during transit due to factors beyond our control, such as PostNord or other courier services. Rest assured, we will assist you by initiating the parcel trace process and providing you with any available information should you choose to initiate an investigation with PostNord.

  2. Unclaimed or Incorrectly Addressed Parcels: We kindly request that you ensure the accuracy of your shipping information during checkout. Saint Ocean cannot be held liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to us due to unclaimed delivery or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  3. Parcel Condition and Customs Charges (International): For international parcels, please note that our quoted prices do not include local sales taxes or import duties that may be applicable in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be imposed upon delivery. Saint Ocean cannot accept returns or provide refunds for parcels rejected due to customs charges, as these charges are outside our control. If you have questions about customs fees, please contact your local customs office for guidance.
